Clean room, friendly staff, but poor breakfast options and communication issues.

Not Recommended for Anyone
When we arrived late, the hostess still greeted us and even gave us free upgrades for our rooms which was kind of unexpected. Breakfast was nice, the toast was hot and the coffee strong and if only the rest had matched that quality.
We paid a hefty amount but it was far from acceptable.

Great stay with lovely hosts
Just spent 2 nights at this cozy place! The owners were super friendly and really went out of their way to help us. The little kitchen was handy for quick meals, and the location was spot on—only 15-20 minutes to get anywhere fun. Just a bummer that our shared bathroom was a bit cramped.

I had a lovely stay! The breakfast was delightful—Monika's cooking felt like heaven! The room was basic but perfect for our needs, and we appreciated the fridge and en suite. Although the noise from the planes was a bit much, I enjoyed the overall experience and would consider returning.

I arrived at the Heathrow in Hillingdon expecting a basic stay. The room was clean, which I appreciated. The bed felt comfortable at first, but it didn’t provide the best support for a good night’s sleep. I did enjoy having a fridge and kettle in the room for convenience. the noise from the aircraft was a big downside. it was quite disruptive at times, especially during the night. Check-in took longer than expected due to disorganization. I didn’t appreciate being asked to leave my ID and pay a deposit for the key, feeling that this was unnecessary since I had already paid for my stay. It would be helpful if the reception staff were more welcoming and responsive, as I felt ignored during my initial arrival. Breakfast options were very limited, just a few cereal boxes and sandwiches, which didn't meet my expectations for a continental breakfast.

The room was cozy, and the little garden area was perfect for a quiet morning coffee. Although the breakfast could have used a bit more variety, the stay overall was pleasant and met my needs. Just a heads up, the curtains didn’t block out all the light, but I still enjoyed my time here! ☕

Warm hospitality from Monica and Tony made my experience delightful. The room was well-equipped, featuring a fridge, TV, and comfortable furnishings, ensuring I had everything I needed for a restful stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious focaccia bread that complemented the meal perfectly. the guesthouse could benefit from improved sound insulation, as the noise from the nearby flight path could be distracting at times.

It was just an excellent fit for a brief stopover in Hillingdon with great value for the money. The check-in guy was friendly and helped us find our room after we struggled a bit with the entrance. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the entry doors before arriving.
